1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 stick butter
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
*You can add cheese, pimentos or other extras to jazz up the taste.
*FOR GLUTEN FREE: Substitute gluten free corn bread/muffin mix for Jiffy corn muffin mix.
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together. Grease cooking dish. Pour corn mixture into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 min.
