It's an issue that's getting a lot of attention these days, but when you think of bullying, you think of schools and kids -- not grown men who play in the National Football League, but that's the biggest story facing the NFL this week.

With the suspension of a Miami Dolphins player, a new video of Richie Incognito surfaced on Tuesday.

Incognito went to high school in Arizona and guess what -- he's in trouble again.  This time, it's a video that surfaced on of Incognito apparently using a racial slur while shouting at his teammate, Mike Pouncey.

According to TMZ, you hear Incognito yelling, then the racial slur.  This happened several months ago in Ft. Lauderdale.

Incognito was suspended by the Dolphins after another teammate, Jonathan Martin, said Incognito hurled a racial slur at him.

"Bullying.. it's definitely not okay," said Arizona Cardinals' running back Stepfan Taylor, who played with Incognito in the past.

We caught up with Taylor Tuesday morning as he gave 2nd graders cookies and milk and read stories to them at Pioneer Prep.

"Jonathan Martin's a real good guy, so I was surprised seeing all that come up," said Taylor.

Taylor says he hasn't reached out to Martin yet and wants to give him time.  He hope to see Martin can move past what happened and get back on the field.

"I don't know what's going on in the locker room, but if it's true, you don't need that, you need your team to be together."

Taylor says he's heard of veterans playing giving rookies a hard time, but nothing like this.

"You know you're going to have to carry shoulder pads and things like that -- that's part of being a rookie.  There's also the same thing where there's a limit that can be crossed talking about somebody's family and their racial background that can cross the limit."
