PHOENIX -

Halloween seems like a wild day for a wedding, but it was the venue for a wedding in Phoenix that proved stranger than the date.

A couple got married at the State Fair on the carousel.

When we heard about this state fair wedding, we thought it was going to be weird or maybe a little tacky. But it was creative and adorable.

The flower girl replaced petal with popcorn, and bridesmaids carried cotton candy instead of bouquets.

This carousel was the perfect platform for Rachel and Jake Reisinger's dream wedding.

"Dearly beloved, children of all ages and carnies too, you are here on probably the safest ride at the state fair…"

Even the reverend joked about the setting as family and friends sat on the only available seating -- horses and sleighs.

"To be able to do it here just meant the world, we could go up to concession stands and grab our bouquets and our cotton candy," says bride Rachel Reisinger.

Rachel Reisinger always wanted her special day to take place on Halloween. Her dream was to have a 1930s circus theme and everyone helped pull it off.

"[My dress is] unique, it was a circus themed wedding and that's what we look like," says Danielle Valenzuela, maid of honor.

After the ceremony, Jake and Rachel took their first ride on the carousel as husband and wife, along with all of their family. The whole ceremony let this groom know that his life with this woman will be anything but ordinary.

"She's always creative, thinking outside of the box so every day is going to be special and exciting," says Jake Reisinger.
