New Deputy EM: Bad politics as usual?

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

As Detroit's bankruptcy trial goes on, the city has hired a new Deputy Emergency Manager, Stacy Fox.

Fox, a lawyer and downtown real estate developer, also has a special connection to former Metro Airport CEO Turkia Mullin.
