Woman crashes into police car, arrested for drunk driving

FERNDALE, Mich. (WJBK) -

A woman was arrested for drunk driving after running a red light, and crashing into a police car.

Police say Andreana Seay was driving a Buick Rendezvous on 8 mile at Gardendale when she ran the light, and struck the car. After the crash, police say Seay left the scene.

Her car was damaged and left a trail of fluid, leading to where she was. Police found her a short time later on Allen St. with her lights off.

The officer involved in the crash was ok.

Seay has 12 current suspensions of her driver's license and several traffic warrants out for her arrest.

She now faces several charges including, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license, and operating under the influence of alcohol.
