Great Bull Run stampedes in metro Atlanta

Posted: Updated:
CONYERS, Ga. -

It is predominately a Spanish tradition, but Saturday the Running of the Bulls came to metro Atlanta.

About 3,000 people participated in the Great Bull Run in Conyers. The brave men and women dressed in white with red scarves dodge horns and hooves at the Georgia International Horse Park.

SKYFOX 5 watched from the air as 18 bulls chased participants along the fenced course. Some just hung to the fence as the heard passed.

Despite spotting a few knocked down runners, officials tell FOX 5 News that no major injuries were suffered.

This is the second stop in the United States for the bull run tour. It heads to Baytown, Texas in December. For more information visit thegreatbullrun.com.
