Peg Bradford talked to Good Day this morning. She's gained national attention after she appeared on the Bethenny Show to talk about her weight loss.
Bradford was once 225 pounds, then she made a goal to get healthy. With a network that she build, she slowly shed the pounds.
It's all about realistic goals, she told Mike and Sheinelle. For Peg, it was five pounds at a time. Positive reinforcement was also important. Peg told herself whenever she lost a little weight that she was doing well.
Another tip Peg shared was that she got a Pedometer to measure how many steps she took every day. Watch the whole segment above.
