The Man Up event will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th in Love Park (16th and JFK Blvd).
Leading the charge will be DA Seth Williams, FOX 29's very own Mike Jerrick, Pastor Kevin Johnson, Q-Deezy of Hot 107.9, PYPM's "Just Greg" Corbin, Harvey Crudup of Concerned Black Men, Inc., Councilmen Curtis Jones Jr. and Kenyatta Johnson.
Man Up will be followed by The Voices of Domestic Violence production on the following Saturday, October 26, at Freedom Theater. The Voices of Domestic Violence Dance, Music & Monologues will be in Freedom Theater on 1346 N. Broad Street. The Matinee starts at 3:00 p.m. and the evening show starts at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $40.00. Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph and musician Keke Wyatt will perform.
