Cabbage salad with soy, sesame and sausage

Rob Barrett, chef and mastermind behind Cooking for Dads, a website dedicated to delicious recipes tailored for fathers everywhere, shows you how to make a prostate-healthy cabbage salad with sesame and sausage.

Cabbage and Sausage Salad

2 handfuls chopped Cabbage

1 handful cooked sausage

1 handful chopped tomatoes

1 handful chopped red pepper or other vegetable

Combine in bowl

Asian eggs

In a small bowl, beat one egg, add a few drops soy sauce, a few drops rice vinegar and a little sugar. Stir to combine. Fry over medium heat until just set, then flip over and cook on other side. Remove and chop into pieces. Add to salad and add favorite sesame dressing and stir to coat.

Rob's Creamy Sesame dressing

1 large spoonful sesame oil

1 large spoonful rice vinegar

1 large spoonful soy sauce

1 large spoonful sugar

1 large spoonful fresh lime juice

1 large spoonful mayonnaise

1 large spoonful sesame seeds, crushed in a mortar and pestle
