2 stretches to alleviate 'computer desk' back pain
Have a back ache or maybe shoulder issues? Chances are you are having an "upper and lower cross" issue.
FOX 9 Fitness Expert Ali Holman from CoreCamper.com brought friend Kelli Quist, a massage therapist for the Twins and also owns her own practice called Today's Touch.
The upper and lower cross is a tightening of the muscles that are overused on a daily basis. This symptom is seen a lot with bikers or even those who sit behind a computer or behind the wheel for extended period of times. Once these common muscles become tight, they cause opposing muscles to become weak.
Kelli and Ali show us effective stretch and massage techniques anyone can do to alleviate this area. Watch the video for a detailed demonstration.
