It's A White Wedding? Maybe Not.

Posted: Updated:

In just a matter of days, bride to be Natasha Juliao was set to have her white wedding and marry her fiance Sean Coughlin.

But the couple's dream venue, Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills, is a National recreation area and with the government shut down, Coughlin got the call they didn't want to hear.

He says they told him, "The park will be closed and there will be no events until further notice."

The western style town in the park was the perfect setting for them to say, I do.

Juliao says, "we loved the ghost town we loved the little western feel of the town that's exactly what we like about it."

They handpainted signs and made decorations for the big day, including feathered dream catchers and the bride planned on wearing brown moccasins with her gown.

But now they're stuck, scrambling for a new venue.  Which likely means the young couple will have to fork over more money for the change of plans.  On top of that, they have  family and friends flying in from as far away as taiwan for sunday's nuptials.

With the big headache on their hands, the couple has this message for Washington lawmakers.

Coughlin says, "i really feel like they're impeding on my pursuit of happiness right now i can't even marry the person i've been wanting to marry i've been planning for this day for the entire year."

Juliao adds, "i really want them to get their act together it's tough for them to see how they affect everyone on a personal level."

As they search for a new venue, they're asking Fox 11 viewers for any suggestions, you can reach the couple at natashajuliao@yahoo.com.
