'Gameday Curse' worries some UGA fans

Posted: Updated:
ATHENS, Ga. -

Plenty of Georgia Bulldogs fans are excited about this weekend's big match up with the LSU Tigers.  It's happening in Athens, but some fans tell FOX 5 they're not thrilled with all the national coverage of the game.

As crews began setting up the ESPN Gameday show set in Athens on Friday, some UGA faithful said they wished the attention was focused somewhere else.  That's because the last five times ESPN Gameday cameras have shown up at a UGA game, the Dawgs have lost.  They haven't won a game that was featured on ESPN Gameday since 2007.
