David J. Glass: It's Emotional, Not Just Legal Or Technical

Posted: Updated:

Attorney and clinical psychologist David J. Glass stops by Good Day LA with advice on how to handle a house during a divorce.

David talks about two high-profile divorces and how differently they turned out.

David talks about the divorce between Kelsey and Camille Grammer: The deal lost them millions of dollars. That's compared to the seemingly friendly divorce between David Arquette and Courtney Cox: They held onto the house and are selling it together.

David also gave a few things to consider when it comes to the house during a divorce. People should ask themselves a few questions: Are you holding onto the house for emotional reasons? Are you keeping the house for the kids? And have you compared the risks versus the benefits of keeping the house?

David is an attorney for the law firm Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein LLP. The law office is located in west la at 12424 Wilshire Blvd, 9th floor, Los Angeles, CA  90025

You can call them at 310-447-8675
