Braised short rib yellow curry noodles

4 pounds Cooked Short Rib

8 oz pea pod

8 oz carrot

8 oz spinach

8 oz yellow onion

24 oz cooked Lo-Mein noodles

16 oz sweet yellow curry sauce

2 oz sliced green onions

In a hot wok, add pea pod, carrot, spinach, onion and cooked short rib. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the yellow curry sauce and cooked Lo-Mein noodles. Serve on plate of your choice and garnish with sliced green onion.

Sweet Yellow Curry Sauce

16 oz coconut milk

2 oz oyster sauce

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped yellow onion

1/2 tsp chopped Thai Chili

1 tbsp sweet yellow curry powder

1 tbsp condensed milk

1/2 tsp fish sauce

1/2 tsp lime juice

1 oz brown sugar

1/2 oz oil

Add oil and vegetables to a medium sized sauce pan. Cook for 2 min on medium heat.

Add the rest of the ingredients to pan, and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Short Ribs

4 pounds boneless short ribs

16 oz Mirin

1 ea star anise

4 oz carrot

4 oz yellow onion

2 oz whole garlic clove

1 ea bay leave

1 oz oil

Add short ribs to a hot sauté pan coated with oil. Sear on each side until they are brown.

Take short ribs out of the pan and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan that was used to cook the short ribs and bring liquid to boil. Add short ribs to boiling liquid, cover pan with foil, and bake for 3 hours at 275 degrees or until tender. Once short ribs are cooked, remove them from liquid and cut into 1 inch pieces.
