Driver blows stop sign, crash kills Princeton, Minn. teen

PRINCETON, Minn. (KMSP) -

An 18-year-old woman from Princeton, Minn. was killed when a pickup truck ran through a stop sign Monday evening, crashing with a car that was eastbound on Highway 95.

Hannah Middleton, 18, was the passenger of a Saturn Ion driven by 18-year-old Nathan Beehler of St. Cloud, Minn. Beehler was not seriously injured in the crash.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 22-year-old Jerad Peterson of Ogilvie, Minn. was driving the 1999 GMC Sierra that blew the stop sign. The accident happened at about 5:50 p.m. Monday at Mille Lacs County Road 7 and Highway 95, just west of Princeton.

No alcohol was detected and all three people involved in the crash were wearing their seatbelts.
