Two healthy egg salad recipes you must try

Eating clean doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste! Clean & Lean expert Carisa Rasmussen lost 75 pounds by eating clean and exercising, and today, she shares a healthy way to prepare delicious egg salad with a few ingredient swaps that cut calories but not flavor.

Egg Salad with Avocado

Mix: 3 eggs, half an avocado and a pinch of sea salt

Egg Salad with Greek yogurt

Mix: 3 eggs, 3 tbs. of Greek yogurt, 1 tbs. 1 tsp. of mustard, 2 tbs. of fresh dill or 1 tbs. of dry dill and a pinch of sea salt.

Place on sprouted grains bread -- you can find sprouted grains bread in the natural foods section at most grocery stores.
