U.S. News releases 'America's Best Colleges' 2014 list

U.S. News and World Report magazine has released its 2014"America's Best Colleges" edition with Minnesota schools ranked highly in various categories.

Hamline University ranked 11th among 147 universities in the Midwest region of the Best Regional Universities category.

Other Minnesota schools in the Best Regional Universities category include St. Kate's (tied for No. 13), Bethel University (tied for No. 21), Augsburg College (tied for No. 26), College of St. Scholastica (No. 33) and Concordia University (No. 92).

The University of Minnesota was tied for No. 69 among top national universities, which are ranked by their range of undergraduate majors, master's and Ph.D. programs and research initiatives.
