Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes
Combine three egg whites, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and 1/2 scoop of Cellucor Cinnamon protein powder.
Pour the batter into a pre-greased frying pan, let one side cook and then flip it over to finish it off. These are especially good with some cinnamon sprinkled over the top and a few warmed apple slices.
Choose a plain Greek yogurt and mix with cinnamon and a healthy cereal for a great protein-packed snack.
