Body pulled from Chattahoochee River in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) - Fire and rescue officials in Columbus say they've pulled a man's body from the Chattahoochee River.

The man was found near the Civil War Naval Museum Sunday afternoon. Chief Deputy Coroner Freeman Worley says the body will be taken for an examination before any additional details are released.

Officials have not released the man's identity.
