Couples Transformation reveals inches, body fat lost
FOX 9 fitness expert Ali Holman has been working with five local couples to help them transform their bodies and lose weight together.
Three weeks in, each couple is already reporting astounding amounts of body fat and inches lost.
While the competition can be fierce, the couples agree that fitting in workouts and embarking on the journey together is what makes the entire process worthwhile.
Each couple only has to work out for 20 minutes a day and Ali helped each team drastically change eating habits -- the couples eat 5 to 6 mini meals each day and are reporting more energy, better physical conditioning and better outlook on life just three weeks in.
