PEORIA, Ariz. -

A 28-year-old man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for sexually exploiting children.

Brian Fortner was arrested after his wallet was found inside a duffel bag of child porn. A man found it inside a dumpster near his home in Peoria.

Detectives found meth, about 100 printed pictures of child porn and 15 8mm videos with hours of footage of young girls in cheer competitions, gymnastics, and fashion shows from websites like YouTube.

A pediatrician used a "Sexual Maturity Rating" to determined the girls were under the age of 13.

On August 15, 2012, Fortner confessed to officers that the items in the duffel bag were his and was arrested.

In addition to serving 14 years in prison, Fortner will have to register as a sex offender.
