CNN Money has released its annual list of Best Places to Live, and three Minnesota cities made the top 50 percent.
According to CNN, America's "top 50 small towns" thrive economically and trump other cities in the country as the best places to raise a family -- green space, affordable housing, good schools, and strong sense of community are all taken into account.
Chanhassen, Minn. made number four on the list, and CNN notes the area school district recently added $700,000 in grants for classroom tech projects and now has Wi-Fi on school busses.
