Pot may be legal, but neighbors don't have to like it as weed complaints vex HOAs

Marijuana and hemp have joined wacky paint colors and unsightly fences as common neighborhood disputes facing homeowners' associations. Though a few HOAs have willingly changed their rules to accommodate for legal marijuana use or home-growing, many more are banning home pot smoking.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

Go big or go home seems to be one black bear's logic.

The foraging bear was caught on camera July 31, stealing an entire dumpster of food from behind the Edleweiss restaurant.

Take a look at the video: you can see the burly bear make his daring night time raid -- dragging the bin out to a parking lot where it apparently feasted.

Owners of the restaurant say the bear enjoyed the food so much, it came back less than 24 hours later and wheeled away another bin.

The restaurant says it is now working on measures to deter the bear from another food heist.
