Minneapolis man robs pizza guy, eats pizzas with friends

Posted: Updated:

A Minneapolis man has been arrested after allegedly holding a pizza delivery man at gunpoint with a BB gun, robbing him and proceeding to eat the pizza with his friends on Sunday in Uptown.

The victim was delivering four pizzas to the 2000 block of Blaisdell Avenue South and called Terrence Demon Bailey, 20, to inform him his pizzas had arrived. Bailey allegedly came to the rear door of the building and lifted his shirt revealing a black pistol tucked into the front of his waistband as the victim was exiting his delivery vehicle.

Bailey then said, "Don't do anything stupid. Give me your phone and your keys." The victim complied, tossing his keys and cell phone onto the car seat and backed away. The victim then handed over his wallet after Bailey demanded it. Bailey began looking inside the car which gave the victim the opportunity to run away.

Police later found Bailey hiding in a bedroom closet. He admitted to robbing the victim and revealing the BB gun in his waistband. He also told police he left and ate the pizzas with other people he refused to identify.
