1. GOOD MORNING
Weights parallel to ground under chin, bend at waist and push rear back.
(targets back, abs & butt)
2. SIDE LUNGE WITH OPPOSITE ARM OVERHEAD PRESS
Step out with right leg, knee bent and press up left weight. Right weight on right quad.
(targets butt, inner thighs, legs and shoulders)
3. SIDE BRIDGE KICK
Get in side plank position, kick top leg forward, the raise up
(targets back, obliques, legs and butt)
4. CARDIO CONFUSION
5 weighted "half jacks", stepping out with side leg & then pressing weight up at top, alternating legs. Follow up by 5 cardio half hacks with weights, jumping both feet out at once and pressing weight up as you hop feet together. Do this sequence for 60 seconds.
(targets heart rate, core, lower body and shoulders)
