Flash Flood Warnings issued in metro Atlanta

ATLANTA -

A flash flood warning has been issued for some metro Atlanta counties after more storms passed through the area on Friday.

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties until 9:30 p.m.

A strong storm moved over that area just after 5 p.m. FOX 5 Storm Team Chief Meteorologist Ken Cook said that as much as 2 inches of rain dropped in less than an hour in some parts near Buford and Lawrenceville, which could cause some street flooding.
