HENRY COUNTY, Ga. -

Officials say one person remains hospitalized after last Thursday's crash on Interstate 75 in Henry County. One person was killed and five others in the July 4th accident.

A Ford Expedition lost control and struck the center guardrail, ejecting five of the vehicle's seven occupants, including 4-year-old and 2-month-old twins, according to police.

Officials say one of the twins remains in the hospital; all other victims have been released.

Investigators will present the case to a henry county grand jury to determine if the driver will be charged.
