Evidence of drug lab found at burned out Fairburn home

Posted: Updated:
FAIRBURN, Ga. -

Authorities say there's a new twist to a fire that destroyed a Fairburn home over the weekend.

Investigators say a search warrant led them to evidence of drug manufacturing at the home on Hobgood Road.

Authorities say a hazmat team on Monday discovered components for a PCP lab on the property.

The state crime lab is now looking at those components.

There has been no word any arrests.

Officers say the investigation is continuing.
