MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

If you still haven't made plans for your Fourth of July, we went searching for some ideas today. There are plenty of cool events in and around the Twin Cities, all day long.

1. Twins vs Yankees: The Twins are hosting the Yankees at noon for the last game of that series. Tickets are still available.

2. Check out a museum

3. See a theater show

4. Take an historic segway tour downtown

5. Have a picnic: If a scenic activity outdoors is your thing, why not try one of the parks or reserves in the metro? After all, nothing says the Fourth of July like a picnic.

6. Fireworks, of course! The Red, White and Boom on the riverfront will have a big show. Festivities start at 6:30 a.m. with the half marathon. There is live music and all kinds of family activities. The main event kicks-off at 10 p.m.
