Bonfire Wood Fire Cooking presents: "Be Bold Burger"
1 Hamburger bun2 Hamburger pattiesBurger SpiceButter1 slice Provolone cheese1 slice Cheddar cheese1 slice American cheese1 slice Swiss cheese3 tomato slices¼ cup sautéed mushrooms¼ cup cooked fajita veggies3 cooked bacon strips1 oz. BBQ sauce1 oz. 1000 Island Dressing
Butter a burger bun and place on griddle until golden brown.
Spread 1000 Island Dressing on the bottom half of the bun; top with lettuce and tomatoes
Season 2 burger patties with burger spice and grill, turning once.
After turning, top one burger with sautéed mushrooms and then one slice of Cheddar and one slice of Swiss; allow the cheese to completely melt.
Top the other burger with fajita vegetables and then one slice of Provolone and one slice of American; allow the cheese to completely melt.
Remove from grill and place mushroom burger on top of the sliced tomatoes and the fajita burger on top.
Top the burgers with BBQ sauce, bacon and top half of bun.
