More and more of us are spending hours on a chair in front of a computer screen instead of standing, requiring our glutes to be engaged and worked.

Glutes are the largest and most powerful muscle group and building lean muscle will not only sculpt a great butt, but also is an awesome metabolism booster.

FOX 9 Fitness Expert Ali Holman from showed us 5 great booty sculpting exercises that will not only help with overall body functionality, but also give you a great rear as a bonus! These exercises work not only the glutes (gluteus maximus: largest portion, maximus/minimus: pelvis supporter & abduct/rotate femur,) but also supporting muscles such as the hamstrings.
