MYFOXNY.COM -

There's nothing like a good action film. But when you mix Channing Tatum with Jamie Foxx, there's bound to be some comedic relief, too. "White House Down" hits theaters this Friday.

Foxx plays President James Sawyer.

Tatum plays Capitol Police Officer John Cale who has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service to protect the president.

Not wanting to let down his daughter down with the news, Cale decides to take her on a tour of the White House. But while they are visiting, the complex is attacked and now it's up to Cale to save the president his daughter and the country.

The cast came out to the Zigfeld Theatre in New York for the premiere.
