Angel's Love For The Media

Like with most teens, rarely does a day go by in the life of this week's Wednesday's Child without the influence of some form of media.  Angel (1999) likes listening to music, singing karaoke, and watching movies.   With a genuine personality and a love of media, Angel is considering broadcast journalism as one of her future career options.  So for her Wednesday's Child shoot, we decided to help Angel start feeling at ease with being part of a broadcast team at our "home base" – the newly redesigned Fox 11 News set at station KTTV in Los Angeles.

From the green screen to the anchor desk, from the newsroom to the control room – Angel was treated to an insiders' tour of the entire news operation.  And what better place to sit down with Angel and learn more about her than on the new living room set of the morning news/talk show, Good Day LA.

Academically, Angel is a good student and often lends a helpful hand to others.  Angel shared that she's currently learning American Sign Language and that she has a soft-spot for the hearing-impaired community. Angel is also athletic and loves to play basketball. On top of being both scholarly and athletic, Angel also has an introspective side that she nourishes by maintaining a journal.

Angels has existing personal relationships that she would like to maintain, but is open to various family constellations as well as moving out of the Los Angeles area to pursue her hope of being part of a permanent family.  To learn more about Angel and about adoption, please tune in and call 1-866-921-ADOPT (2367)
