FOX 29's Sheinelle Jones' Personal Story

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Last year, FOX 29's Sheinelle Jones gave birth to beautiful twins. As a result of carrying those sweet babies, she developed a ventral hernia.

After much thought, research and interviewing, Sheinelle decided to have surgery to correct the hernia.

So, she returned to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was born and all three of her children were born.

She was out of work for almost three weeks, recovering and resting.

Now, she was back and better than ever!

Many of her fans wanted to know why she was out.

On Wednesday morning, Sheinelle bravely explained the procedure and shares some personal pictures.

Thank you for sharing, Sheinelle, and welcome back!
