Autistic teen missing from West Side

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Police are seeking the public's help locating an autistic teen reported missing from his West Side home since Friday afternoon.

Quinton Hunt, 14, was last seen near his home in the 400 block of North Harding Avenue about 4 p.m., according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Quinton is described as a 5-foot-6, 160-pound black boy with black hair, brown eyes, a dark complexion and a scar on the left side of his forehead. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a red, white and blue striped shirt, police said.

According to the alert, Quinton is autistic and is not likely to talk to strangers. He likes to frequent the park at Wright School, 627 N. Harding Ave., and may be riding a scooter, police said.
