Grilled Greek sandwiches.
1 lb flank steak (or sirloin if you want)
4 naan breads (Costco)
1 red pepper
1 container Tzatziki sauce.
salt and pepper
Cut flank steak into chunks just big enough to not fall through grill grates. Place in bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat.
Cut pepper into 1 inch squares, also drizzle with olive oil.
Place steak and peppers on grill turning until just browned and steak is cooked through, about 2 minutes a side. Cut steak into smaller pieces.
Place naan bread on grill for 30 or so a side until warm.
Place steak and peppers down the middle of the bread, spoon on some Tzatziki sauce, fold over and eat.
