Andrea Sneiderman arraigned again

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

Andrea Sneiderman was back in court Tuesday to be arraigned for a third time.  She's accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, in 2010.

Rusty Sneiderman was gunned down outside his son's Dunwoody daycare center. Andrea Sneiderman was allegedly having an affair with Neuman, who was found guilty but mentally ill in the case last year.   She has said repeatedly that she was not involved in her husband's death.

Sneiderman appeared before a Superior Court judge, and her attorney entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.  DeKalb County prosecutors filed a revised indictment clarifying some of the language in the charges against her.

Sneiderman is due back in court on June 18 for a motions hearing related to her new indictment.  Her trial is still set to start on July 29.
