Posted: Updated:

GREENWICH, Conn. (AP) -- Looking for some waterfront property in tony Greenwich?

A 50-acre compound known as Copper Beach Farm has hit the market with an asking price of $190 million.

The Greenwich Time reports the property includes a French Victorian mansion, two private islands, a carriage house with a clock tower, two swimming pools, a greenhouse, a wine cellar and a grass tennis court.

Land records show the property is owned by John Rudey, a timber tycoon. He bought the estate in 1985 from Harriet Lauder Greenway, whose father was a partner in Carnegie Steel.

David Ogilvy, the property's listing agent, says waterfront property of this size last went on the open market in Greenwich in 1952.

Olgilvy says he listed the estate on Friday and has already received several inquiries.
