A Hennepin County judge found Eddie Mosley guilty on all nine counts in the murder of a Brooklyn Park, Minn. woman and her parents at an at-home daycare last April.
Prosecutors said Mosley drove up from St. Louis, Missouri last April intending to kill a 15-year-old relative who accused him of sexual assault to stop her from testifying against him. However, Mosley didn't know the girl no longer stopped at DeLois Brown's daycare before school.
Brown, 59, and her 81 and 82-year-old parents, Clover and James Bolden, all died of gunshot wounds to the head. The victims were found by a mother who had dropped her kids off minutes before the shooting.
