The FOX 9 News team wants viewers to get to know them better, and Jeff Passolt took the FOX @ 5 crew out to the grill to share some of his favorite things.

One of Jeff's favorite foods is beer-can chicken, and he put one on the coals and explained how viewers can make it at home.
Bob's Blue-Ribbon Raspberry Bites
2/3 C sugar
1 C butter
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
2 C flour
1/2 C seedless raspberry jam
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine sugar, butter and almond extract. Beat at medium speed. Reduce speed to low and add flour. Mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets. With thumb, make indentation in center of each cookie. Fill with 1/4 teaspoon jam. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown. Let stand 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets.
1 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
2 - 3 teaspoons water
1/4 teaspoon melted butter
Stir together until it makes a thin glaze and drizzle over cookies. Makes about 30 cookies.

(& 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum).
