Cupcakes or MuffinsIcingMini MarshmallowsColored ‘sanding' sugar sprinklesSandwich bags
1. Cut the marshmallows on the diagonal.
2. Place the cut marshmallows in a sandwich bag with the colored sugar and shake.
3. Arrange on top of iced cupcake or muffin to make a flower.
