Three meals for just $6.67 per day?  That's the average daily budget for a Floridian on food stamps.  That's only $2.22 per meal. 

Here's what one chef came up with. 

Breakfast:
Fried Eggs w/ Organic Rolled Oats & Raisins

  • 2 Cage Free Eggs $.50
  • 1/4 cup Organic Raisins $.24
  • 1 cup Organic Rolled Oats $.34

Lunch:
Grilled Vegetable Sandwich w/ side of Organic Cantaloupe:

  • 1/5 of a Multigrain Baguette $.42
  • 1 T Hummus $.17
  • 1 small Organic Yellow Squash $.90
  • 1/3 Sweet Onion $.29
  • 1/8 Organic Cantaloupe $.50

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Legs w/ Roasted Carrots & Spaghetti Squash w/ Marinara & Grilled Green Bell Peppers

  • 2 Chicken Legs $1.30
  • 1/3 Organic Spaghetti Squash
  • ¼ cup Organic 4 Cheese Marinara Sauce
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • ¾ cup Organic Carrots
