Now that winter is nearly over, Minnesota is ready to kick off construction season.
Commuters will begin to see closures Wednesday at the Highway 10 and Ramsey County Road 96 intersection in Arden Hills.
The season-long closure will pave the way for crews to work on a new partial interchange that carries Highway 10 above County Road 96. Resurfacing on Highway 10 between I-694 and I-35W will also commence.
This section of Highway 10 has been closed since last year; commuters need to detour on I-35W and I-694 to avoid the closure.
The eastbound Highway 10 bridge spanning I-35W will remain open for local access from County Road H, but the ramp from southbound I-35W to Highway 10 will close.
