A man was found tied up in the back of a truck and police have been worked through the night at the scene near Cave Creek Road and Greenway.
Authorities say someone called 911 after seeing a man tied up with a hood over his head in the back of the truck.
The victim is a 39-year-old Hispanic man.
When officers arrived at the trailer park, the truck's driver took off on foot, but the passenger stayed on scene.
Police did end up finding the driver in a nearby shed.
"We had a resident from the trailer park..he believed that someone was possibly in his shed. A few streets over and we focused on that shed..we evacuated area residents ..called the suspect out.. made some commands and he surrendered peacefully without any fight" said Phoenix Police Lt. Greg Berghorst.
Police say the victim wasn't hurt when they found him.
"He told us that he'd been picked up.. what he believed was a couple of hours.. earlier in the area of Cave Creek and Bell. He was walking down the road when a vehicle pulled up behind him and somebody from behind him just grabbed him, put a bag over his head, handcuffed him, threw him in the back of the pickup truck," said Berghorst.
A motive is not known at this time.
Neighbors in the area tell FOX 10 that the victim and the two suspects possibly knew eachother.
Both the driver of the truck and passenger are in police custody. Their names were not released.
