PHOENIX -

Four people were bound, gagged, and threatened with a knife before two suspected robbers took off with a van full of loot.

It happened at a business in Phoenix back in January, but new pictures and the 911 call were released Wednesday.

Caller: "I could not figure out if something is wrong. I am trying to call the office and nobody is answering."

The 911 call was recently released by police.

It was the friend of the owner of Skyline Wholesale Distributors and he was worried because no one was answering the business line.

The business isn't open to the public and a dropped call alerted him something had gone terribly wrong.

Caller: "She says no one is answering the door and I said 'What happened?' Then the phone disconnected."

Minutes later, Phoenix Police and the fire department arrived to find four employees and one customer tied up and gagged by two men, possibly three, still inside.

Hundreds of evidence photos were released to FOX 10. In a few of them you can see the white panel van that the thieves used for their getaway.

The suspects sped off and left the victims at the scene.

Caller: "They are bleeding and one is unconscious."

Operator: "I will get the fire department stay on the line, sir."

Officers pursued the suspects and arrested two of them, but a third suspect has not been found.

Police are expected to release new information Wednesday on the case.
