WEIGHTED TRICEP EXTENSION:

Right foot forward, weight in right hand, straight arm press back with 3 pulses (repeat other side after 15 reps)

STANDING V RAISE:

Feet shoulder width apart, weight in each hand, thumbs to ceiling, raise in V position

WEIGHTED PLANK ROW & ROTATE:

Straight arm plank position, holding weights, row weight and rotate, punching weight towards ceiling (repeat on other side)

FRONT TO SIDE DELT RAISES:

Bring weights front, side, down--Then repeat side, front, down

TRIANGLE:

Bring weights up, then down to center (drawing triangle with weights)

BICEP CURL to OVERHEAD RAISE:

Curl weights up, then press to ceiling (palms still facing wall behind you
