SHARE THIS! Boy Survives Fall Down Volcano Lava Tube

(FOX 11 / AP) A boy survived a fall into a lava tube on the Big Island. Hawaii News Now reports that the 15-year-old boy fell into a 20-foot lava tube Wednesday evening at Volcanoes National Park.

Rescue crews were called to the lava tube near the Visitor's Center and used lifelines to extricate the boy from the lava tube. The boy was examined by medics who determined that he had no major injuries.
