Position Description: We are a small business based in Geneva Illinois with a job opening for a part-time bookkeeper and general business administration support person. Responsibilities out side of general accounting include purchasing and shipping/receiving as well as general administrative tasks. We anticipate starting at 10-15 hours a week with the potential of up to 20+ hours as our business grows. Our scheduling is extremely flexible, so we can work with you to figure out what works best. Compensation will be based on skill level.

Compensation: $13-18 /hour (based on skill level)
1. 1-2 years of QuickBooks experience
2. Extensive experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent, including word processing and spreadsheet software
3. Experience with QuickBooks payroll preferred
4. A drivers license and vehicle
