Light rail service resumed in downtown Minneapolis Thursday morning a few hours after ice buildup on the overhead power lines forced Metro Transit to shut down the entire Hiawatha line.Full light rail service has now resumed between Minneapolis and Bloomington.

The Northstar commuter rail is on time.
