'Parent Trigger' Gets Pulled At Another LA School

(FOX 11) A big change could be coming to a failing LA elementary school, thanks to California's "Parent Trigger" law.

An announcement of the vote by eligible 24th Street Elementary School parents on the selection of a new operator to help transform their failing school starting in the 2013-2014 school year.

Parents had four proposals to select from, including one which is a combined Los Angeles Unified School District and Crown Prep Academy proposal.
